Ingredientes:
250 g de talharim grano duro
500 g de vôngole sem casca, bem limpo
60 ml de vinho branco seco
½ limão
1 cebola média picada
2 dentes de alho picados
sal, pimenta do reino e salsinha à gosto
azeite para refogar
Preparo:
Adicione o vinho e deixe evaporar
(Serve 4 pratos)
TALHARIM WITH VONGOLE
As the risotto with vongole was delicious (I will soon ask him to repeat it), Lu then wanted to try the vongole with talharim: amazing too (I love risotto and I love pasta, especially at night, when I’m slowed and very available to enjoy the pleasures of culinary art; and, of course, hungry!)
Ingredients:
250 g dry talharim “grano duro”
500 g vongole (Italian clam) without shell, very clean
60 ml dry white wine
½ lemon
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
salt, powdered black pepper and parsley to taste
olive oil to fry
Directions:
Put the vongole to marinade with lemon, salt, powdered black pepper and a bit of olive oil for about 10 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente
Meanwhile, fry the onion and the garlic
Add the vongole and fry for 3 more minutes
Add the wine and let it to evaporate
Add the vongole to the cooked talharim
Spread the parsley on it and serve soon
(Serves 4 dishes)
